Hello everyone and welcome to the Digital Realm with me Prowen. Today I’d like to talk about a newer streaming platform to the likes of twitch that focuses on community and interaction amongst streamers and viewers.

So how does the interaction focus of beam differ to the other streaming platforms? Now disclaimer, I am new to beam so I don’t know everything about what’s to offer with beam, especially this part they call FTL due to it being in beta testing right now. However with this being said I enjoy the system that’s currently in place in regards to having XP and Spark currency. You gain sparks from watching streamers or even streaming yourself of which you can then use those sparks to interact with the streamer in several different ways (Like the above).

Earn Sparks – Each minute you watch, you’ll earn 2 sparks! Spend them to interact with streams, unlock new emotes, get XP boosters, and more.”

“Level Up – For every 5 minutes watching you’ll earn 10 XP. Get bonus experience for completing goals in interactive live-streams.”

So not only am I talking about because I think it’s awesome a great site and totally something new and fresh to compete with twitch, hitbox & youtube gaming but also I’m going to be streaming my Nintendo Switch content on there. You can find me under Prowen, lots of setup to go through but once it’s setup it’ll be good times ready to stream.

Have any of you tried Have any thoughts on this new streaming platform let me know in the comments below I’d love to hear from you and have your thoughts as I improve and test out my streams with beam 😀

This all being said thank you all for stopping by and until next time, ya’ll stay awesome now 😀
